Jill Secretary Ped Mods for GTAIV

This is my first ped Mods,its really need serious time to know how to convert a model to IV,so please be understandable if there is a bug...
and now im going to try make ped mods to replace Cop with Female one with the animation and of course the woman cop voice to!

Got the model from ItalianUtent,
converted and rigged with 3Ds Max 2010, XnaLara script and GIMSIV by spycounter

*the Finger still looks bugged

How To Install?
-rename the files with whatever ped you want replace, ex: m_m_fbi.wtd,wft,wdd
-replace it in GTAIV Main Directory> pc> models> cdimages> componentpeds.img with OpenIV/SparkIV
-you'r done here...

Update spXenb 2014 for Mid-Low PC config Preview (Not Low End PC)

just wanna give a preview test,how much we can get Frames with this Low config, No SSAO,No Rays, on PC Spec : FX 8120 4Ghz,R7 260X,6Gb RAM,

when released,it will includes 3 diferrent config,
-Mid-Low (below r7 260x)
-Mid (like a Radeon r7 260x)
-High (like a gtx660ti)

the preview shoots is at sunny,sunny windy,foggy,and rainy (the best weather Performance is at Cloudy,of course because there is no Direct Light)

GTAIV | Realistic Helicopter Sounds Mod

This is sounds mods for Helicopter Grand Theft Auto IV.Converted from Maxpayne3 that will make the Helicopter sounds more Realistic than before.

How To Install : 
- Run OpenIV ,
- GTAIV>Game>Audio>Sfx>resident.rpf
- Import n Replace the HELICOPTER file
- Rebuild
- Done!

GTAIV | Upcoming spXenb 2014 (Graphic Enhanced Mods)

Upcoming All New spXenb 2014,already include atmospheric rays effect that i take it from "ENB Atmospheric Rays" by dax1,i have optimized the rays in order to run properly with spXenb,and increased the overall quality.

Rays effect will reduce performance,so i recommend it to have a Graphic Card at least AMD R7 260x/HD6850 or nVidia GTX 650Ti.

I have Re-Edit whole timecyc,change the cloudy to looks more Realistic,Sky Horizon/Azimuth color,Water,skylighting in enbseries.ini,and much more..

This version ONLY for Patch 1.0.4.0 or 1.0.3.0
